To celebrate Road Safety Week and raise awareness in our school we held a poster competition. Pupils designed posters about the safety and importance of wearing bright colours and taking care on the roads and paths in winter. The Pupils' Council panel judged the class entries and selected two of the best from each class. Each winning entry will be showcased as part of our Sustrans and Road Safety Display wall. The winning designs will also be entered into the next stage of the competition with other Primary Schools in Northern Ireland to see if we have a regional winner from our school. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for more success and remember to ‘Be Bright and Be Seen’ this Winter.
