Mrs Cunningham was delighted to accompany two competition winners to the Theatre at the Mill today to receive their prizes from the Lord Mayor. Amelia (Year 3) and Esme (Year 5) won first prize in their age categories in the Macedon Area for their wonderful entries in Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council's 'Design a Thank You Card/Poster for a Key Worker' competition. The children were each presented with a £50 voucher for the Abbey Centre and an iPad each for our school. They had a lovely morning and even got a box of treats each as well! Mrs Cunningham was very proud of the children who were great ambassadors for our school at the special event. Well done Amelia and Esme!
