This morning, the children in Year 6 took part in a cross-community creative arts project. Along with four other schools, the children have been asked to create a mosaic panel for a new housing development in the Newtownabbey area. At the end of the project the five mosaics will be joined together to create a final art installation. As you can see from the photographs, the children are well on the way to creating an amazing piece of art.
