Year 2 have been learning all about food. They know about healthy and unhealthy food and where some food comes from. With Mrs Dallat, the class got to harvest vegetables that had been growing in the school garden. Year 2 made the tastiest soup for Golden Time!
A special treat for both Year 2 classes was the trip to Tescos to find out more about where our food comes from. We had a great morning looking around the stock room and watching one of the lorries deliver food to the store.
We even have our own Tescos in school!
