Well done to year 5/6 who recently completed two class projects.
The class recently completed an 8 week literacy programme with the Irish News Young News Reader Project. Each week we had a different focus where we got to learn about all of the different elements of a newspaper. A special well done to Sonia and Kai who got a piece of their work published in one of the weekly school editions.
Our second project was with Young Enterprise where we learned all about how businesses operate including the import and export of goods. We finished off the Our World project by designing our own product to sell to an imaginary country.
