During one of our Staff Development days, Mr McNamee treated the St James’s staff to a wonderful selection of his homemade cakes and tray-bakes as part of the Macmillan coffee morning. We had chocolate buns topped with Cadbury’s Dairy Milk ganache, toffee muffins with a Caramac ganache, lemon drizzle cake and a sticky ginger cake. It was a very different coffee morning this year due to our social distancing measures but the staff donated generously to the cause and the money raised will help Macmillan Cancer Support with their wonderful work.
