Year 1 learned all about the festival of Diwali today.
They took their learning outdoors to recreate Rangoli patterns on the playground using chalk.
There were lots of conversations about colours, patterns and shapes and they had a fantastic time learning outdoors.
As well as this, they tried some Diwali dancing for P.E. It was great fun!
