Today in class the P5 children enjoyed some freshly made pancakes. We measured out the ingredients, mixed them up into a batter and made lots of delicious pancakes on 2 hot griddles (electric frying pans). The aroma of hot pancakes filled the school and the children said they were much better than any pancakes you buy in a shop (no pressure mums and dads!)
