This year, our Y6s have been working hard and trialling a new style of guided reading lesson in their learning: Reciprocal Reading. We loved it so much we made this wonderful display and these very fetching lanyards, which help us understand the skills and criteria required to be successful in each role. Take a look at the amazing illustrations of our Boss Bear, Predicting Peacock, Clarifying Clownfish, Summarising Snake and Questioning Koala. Can you believe that these are all original drawings from our very own students? We can’t wait to see other KS2 classes trying it out too!
