On Friday 18th May, Beverley from Sustrans came to teach the Year 4 children how to make a water rocket. They used a tyre valve, taped it to a fizzy drinks bottle and put water in the bottle. Children took it in turns to pump air into the bottle. As the pressure built up, the bottle eventually popped off and flew into the air! The children had a great time.
