Last month, year 7 pupils went to our Shared Education partner school, Whitehouse Primary School to take part in two S.T.E.M. days.
On day one, the children made rockets and launched them outside. They also took part in a ‘forensics’ workshop and learned all about how unique our fingerprints are.
On day two, children took part in an E-bug workshop, learning about germs and how to prevent the spread of them. They also had a fantastic opportunity to speak to people who worked in very exciting jobs that promoted the STEM subjects.
