Every class thoroughly enjoyed a visit from Noel.
Year 1-3 enjoyed a chat about recycling and different bins, even experiencing the smell of the dump (which they did not enjoy). They then were able to make plant pots from newspaper and plant some cress seeds with soil.
Years 4, 4/5, LSC2 and 7 enjoyed making Eco badges and bookmarks from recycled materials.
Year 6 enjoyed making pencil cases from cartoons.
Year 6 CO’N enjoyed making tetra wallets from cardboard boxes.
A great day filled with lots of information and ideas to use in our school to further our Eco friendly status.
